Traditional family celebration of Aurubis, dedicated to the 150th anniversary from the establishment of Aurubis Group
Chapter 4 team had the honor for a numerous consecutive year to organize the family day of Aurubis Bulgaria with a special focus on the 150th anniversary of Aurubis Group. The guest list included mayors from the region, businessmen, representatives of local businesses and also many local artists. Tim Kurth, executive director of the company, welcomed the employees and the guests in Bulgarian language.
The popular TV star Nikol Stankulova was the event host and the program included many performances from local dance companies, musicians and singers.
One of the main accents of the night was a culinary competition, held by the famous MasterChef host Victor Angelov. The participants, including Tim Kurth, were divided in three teams (men, women and children), competing in decorating three cakes – each in the form of figures 1, 5 and 0, symbolizing the 150 Anniversary of the Group. The men and women teams had a winner and all children were greeted for their efforts.
During the latter part of the show there was a performance of Ballet Nova and concerts by the popular Bulgarian band Signal and the pop folk singer Alisia.
