The one-of-a-kind center will provide training to coffee specialists and will allow them to make research and experiment with new coffee and food recipes. The opening of the unit is another step in the family company’s commitment to spread the Italian coffee culture in Bulgaria.

Ms. Paola Autiero - Head of Marketing Eastern Europe - welcomed the guests and outlined the TC in Sofia. Ms. Autiero continued with a presentation of the company, its heritage and history in connection to the TC, as well as Lavazza’s presence in Eastern Europe and Bulgaria.
